Great spot for Italian sandwiches if you are around the area. Amazing interiors and very welcoming and warm hosts. We had a bit of a challenge while ordering with the language ( as we don’t speak or understand Spanish) though it all worked out in the end just fine :).

I didn’t order anything myself but wifey ordered the Come a Casa sandwich ( that comes with pesto , mortadella and stracciatella) and was told that it stood out as the best one out of our whole trip and that the ingredients were super fresh as the bread was amazing as well. The sandwich was toasted and cut properly which was not something that we experienced in Italy.

Warm and amazing hosts, great interiors and amazing sandwiches make Divorare a perfect place to stop by to grab that sandwich and proceed with your day with all that...

Divorare has a few locations in Madrid and we happened to stay near three of them near Chueca and Sagasta. First time here and we ordered the Come a Casa with honey and Tradizionale sandwich which cost 9.90 euro each plus 1 euro for honey.

Come a Casa was packed with sliced mortadella, stracciatella cheese and smeared with the heavenly pistachio and pesto spread. Tradizionale had prosciutto, creamy Parmesan and tomatoes with arugula. As most reviews will say, yes the sandwich is huge and very tasty. They were big enough to share with 2 people.

The location on Augusto Figueroa, 18 is a perfect quick lunch spot with plenty of stand up counter space. If you would like a sit down, try the other location down the street at Augusto Figueroa, 20. Either Divorare location makes the same...

Come con Casa with honey—where do I even start? This might genuinely be the best sandwich I’ve ever eaten in my life. The combination of flavors was nothing short of perfection: light, fresh, sweet, and savory all at once. The honey added the perfect touch of sweetness without overpowering the other ingredients, creating an unforgettable balance. The bread was thin yet sturdy, with a perfectly crispy exterior that gave each bite a satisfying crunch. We also tried the porchetta and potato sandwich, which had a rich, savory flavor that practically melted in your mouth—delicious in its own right. But the Come con Casa with honey absolutely stole the show. It’s the kind of sandwich you dream about. No joke—we’re probably going...
