Healthy Poke — Restaurant in Madrid

Something was wrong with their payment machine, which prevented our order from coming through. I fully understand that occasionally something can go wrong, but it is the way we were treated afterwards. I suggested paying a second time as long as I could get a guarantee to get my money back if it went off a second time. After an hour of waiting we left without food and with a solution that I suggested after only 5 minutes. We spoke English, but I recommend that the bosses be more careful in their choice of words, because some of us understood perfectly Spanish and certain statements (not meant for our ears) were very unprofessional! I recommend that people take customer satisfaction classes, because this was by far the most unprofessional way how this problem...

I came in earlier and there was a guy in front of me making his order and a couple sitting at a table looking at a menu. I stood directly behind the guy and then one of the people from the couple got up and stood to the side of me. I was clearly waiting and ready to order. The man is served and the member of staff completely ignores the person at the front of the queue (me) and turns to the other person and says "ya lo tienes?" (Do you know what you want now?) Of course I left after being made to feel completely invisible by staff who've clearly not yet learnt...

Si te apetece comer/cenar algo sano🏋️‍♀️, este lugar es un buen sitio 😉

Fuimos a cenar un martes por la noche 🌒 y nos llamó mucho la atención la cantidad 😮 de riders 🚴 que entraron a recoger pedidos📦 Igual entraron 10 riders entre las 21.30h y las 21.50h. Por tanto, estate tranquilo porque lo productos 🥑🐟🐓🧀 tienen mucha rotación ↪️, no creo que ningún ingrediente tenga tiempo de tener mal aspecto 😂

Pedimos 2 pokes grandes🍚🍚, Healthy Chicken Teriyaki 🐓 y Healthy Mix🐟. El bowl es bastante grande pero no lo llenan hasta arriba🥲, para mi gusto falta algo más de arroz🍚, como una segunda capa. En otros locales de pokes ponen más cantidad de arroz. La cantidad del resto de ingredientes muy bien👍, bastante cantidad y sabrosos.

⌛ La verdad que los preparan muy rápido 🏎️ y si cenas ahí dan prioridad a tu pedido 😃 🤵 Además, se preocupan por hacer bien las cosas. Delante de nosotros llamaron 📞 a una persona que pidió Poké sin base por si se hubiera equivocado al pedir.

📜 En carta no hay solo poke. También puedes añadir entrantes🥟, ensalada 🥗, burrito 🌯, Sandwich 🥪y postre🧁 Es una carta bastante extensa.

🏠 El local es pequeñito para comer dentro. Hay dos mesas altas y una barra donde caben 3 personas.

🚴 Muy buena opción de delivery. Se trata de una comida fría, por lo que no vale quejarse de la temperatura de llegada 😁 📝 Se puede pedir a través de su web🌐 Y tienen un código "BIENVENIDO" con un descuento de 3€ en tu primer pedido con un mínimo de 15€.
