We came to this place hoping for a nice meal, but the service was disappointing from the very beginning. We were told there were no tables available and that we couldn't just wait we had to put our name on a waiting list at the bar. Fine. Our name was written down, and we waited patiently. Soon after, two tables opened up. One was quickly taken by people who simply moved from a shared table so it wasn't really available anymore. The second table was taken by a couple who arrived after us. They just spoke to someone at the bar, grabbed menus, and sat down without any issue. When we pointed this out to the waitress, she didn't even try to address the situation or stop them. What's the point of a waiting list if it's not respected? Terrible organization and customer service and this was all before we even had a chance to order food. Very...

What a great experience! it's really worth the visit. Both of filtered coffee and Flat White were excellent with Colombian beans. It is possible to buy coffee bags from other places such as Brazil, Nicaragua and Etiopia, all of them with recent roast dates. The service was very careful and the place has a good atmosphere with music and some tables that you can work from (They provide wifi connection). We have been there 2 times during our stay in Madrid so we could try many things and everything we ordered was very tasty (It was one of the best Flat White I've ever had). The homemade limonade was good and refreshing and we really liked the Carrot Cake, Pan Tomaca and Mascarpone Toast. Like the line on staff t-shirt that says "You've been osomed" Me and my wife have...

I was really looking forward to trying Osom Coffee Atelier, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I arrived, the place was full, but the staff told me they had a waiting list and that I would be first. They took my name, handed me a menu, and I waited outside in the heat, expecting to be called once a table was available.

After a short while, I noticed that a couple of tables had opened up. Instead of inviting me in, the staff seated other guests—first a different group, then another—without acknowledging me at all. It became clear they weren’t actually following the waiting list they claimed to have.

I ended up leaving without ever being seated. What’s the point of a waiting list if it’s not respected? Really...

If you are looking for a great place to have coffee and something sweet, this is a perfect spot for you! This coffee shop not only serves delicious coffee, pastries, savory but they also allow customers to use their laptops on certain tables. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The decor is stylish and modern, and the seating is comfortable. This makes it the perfect spot to relax and catch up on work or meet up with friends for a chat. In terms of the food and drink, their coffee is rich and flavorful, and they have a wide variety of pastries and sweets to choose from. Their croissants are flaky and buttery, and their cakes looks beautiful and delicious.

Excellent service and delicious, beautiful food. They have interesting options for breakfast and brunch. It is very similar to the Melbourne cafes. Senior guy in charge spoke good English and everyone made us feel welcome. Canele was one of the best I have had, outside France, for a while. My cortado was nice but temperature was incorrect. The milk was a little too close to room temperature so when it arrived, it seemed if it had been standing for several minutes They were training a barista at the time so is explainable. The toast dish I had was delicious as were the pancakes and the lemonade. I can wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to have a coffee or a bite to eat.
