My recent visit to Red Dragon Hot Pot in Madrid left me with mixed feelings. While the restaurant boasts an extensive Chinese cuisine menu, including traditional hot pot dishes, my experience was marred by the unconventional dining style where patrons are expected to cook their food. Upon entering the Red Dragon Hot Pot, I was greeted by a vibrant ambiance and attentive staff. However, my enthusiasm quickly waned as I realized that the restaurant's concept revolves around customers cooking their own meals at their tables. As someone who prefers dishes prepared by professional chefs, I find this DIY approach cumbersome and detracted from the dining experience. The menu offered a variety of ingredients ranging from meats and seafood to vegetables and noodles, allowing patrons to customize their hot pot experience. While the selection was impressive, navigating the process of cooking each ingredient to perfection was challenging and time-consuming. Additionally, the communal nature of the hot pot meant that diners had to share a single pot, which could be unhygienic and detract from the meal's enjoyment. Despite the novelty of the concept, I found the overall dining experience at Red Dragon Hot Pot underwhelming. The emphasis on self-cooking detracted from enjoying the food and left me unsatisfied. Additionally, the prices seemed disproportionate to the quality of the experience. In conclusion, while Red Dragon Hot Pot may appeal to adventurous diners seeking a hands-on culinary experience, it fell short of my expectations. The concept of self-cooking may not be suitable for everyone, and I would advise potential customers to consider their preferences before dining at this establishment.

**Review for Red Dragon Hot Pot, Madrid** I recently dined at Red Dragon Hot Pot in Madrid, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Sofia, our server, who made us feel incredibly welcome. Sofia's attentiveness and warm hospitality truly enhanced our dining experience, making us feel right at home. We opted for the 4-person meal, which included an impressive selection of three broths, four types of meat, a delightful fish dish, and a variety of sides. Each broth was rich and flavorful, perfectly complementing the fresh and high-quality ingredients. The meats were tender and cooked to perfection, while the fish dish was a delightful surprise, bursting with flavor. The establishment itself is beautifully decorated, creating a cozy yet elegant atmosphere that is perfect for both intimate dinners and larger gatherings. The ambiance, combined with Sofia's excellent service, made our visit truly special. I only wish we had a Red Dragon Hot Pot in my city, so I could enjoy this fantastic dining experience more often. If you're in Madrid and looking for an exceptional hot pot meal, I highly recommend visiting Red Dragon Hot Pot. You won't be disappointed!

We went a big group of 11 people for a team night and had a great time. It's an all you can eat where you order on a tablet any thing you want every 10 minutes. The food was all tasty with a big variety of protein, vegetables and tofu. There are also many other ready made dishes like dim sum, spring rolls and fried duck. They also have a "sauce bar" where you can mix and prepare you own dipping sauce, while they provide se reccomendation on how to make it. Deserts are normal, nothing special. The service was very good and efficient. The price is good and you can really try many things and a lot of them while you're there. Value for money - 8.5/10
