The food here is excellent, especially the chicken tajin with prunes; extremely tender and flavorful BUT the waiters need to be trained better. My friend ordered the merluza which should just be a simple filet of fish but it came covered in shrimp and she is deathly allergic to shrimp. Nowhere on the menu does it say that any of their fish come with shrimp, yet it lists all the other ingredients every fish comes with. We brought this to two different waiters attention and neither one apologized nor offered to come up with any alternative solution. They didn’t seem to care at all. They said there was nothing they could do about it which is a BS answer. And then just left the plate on our table. This fish dish in particular takes about 30 min to prepare so I assume they were too lazy to offer to make us a new one without shrimp even though we ordered what was written on the menu.. such a shame. When we paid for the bill with the hostess she asked how the meal was and we told her what had happened so she decided to take off the tea from the bill 2.80€ keep in mind. The right thing to do would have been to take off the fish. The food here is amazing and it’s a beautiful restaurant but they really need to write on their menu what actually comes with the food or they will probably have a lawsuit on their hands in the future from someone dying of a food allergy and take the responsibility to admit that it was...

Ambiente is really nice, staff is very friendly, food is OK BUT big red flag, make sure your orders are correct and double check your bill!! It was our first night in madrid and we wanted to celebrate this in a beautiful restaurant… first food takes realllyy long we ordered a salad, hummus and 1 main dish with 2 kebab sticks. The friendly waiter brought us first some kind of meatballs as a snack in a small plate that we didnt order. We clearly thought this was a nice gesture of the house which is from our experience with oriental restaurants nothing unusual.than a whole hour later the main dish of my mother arrived ( a dish with three kebab sticks instead of two). As she was really hungry by that time she didn’t say anything.. finally when we got the bill the starter snack we got without ordering was charged as „2 consumables“ with 7 EUR !!!and of course the 3 stick order was charged more as well, but thats fine…Behavior like this is an absolute No No for us which is why even though the restaurant looks nice and staff is friendly 1 point from me!! I didn’t cause any trouble as I didn’t want to ruin the first night in madrid which was my present for my mother who survived cancer!! so whoever goes there check your bills folks and make sure you get the right order before you pay when they bring you any snacks during your wait dont take them or make sure you dont need...

I had a wonderful experience at this beautiful traditional Moroccan restaurant. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with authentic decor and comfortable seating that made the entire evening relaxing and enjoyable. The service was excellent, attentive and friendly. The staff made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. We started with the Harira soup, which was rich, well-balanced, and full of flavour. The chicken lemon and olive tajin stood out with its vibrant flavors and tender chicken, capturing the essence of Moroccan cuisine. The traditional fish tajin was another highlight, beautifully presented, incredibly fresh, and perfectly cooked. The lamb shoulder was a showstopper, tender and juicy on the inside with a deliciously crispy exterior. It was accompanied by a side of rice that was well cooked and aromatic. A small serving of sauce or jus on the side would have made it even better, but it was still a standout dish.

The evening was made even more special by the belly dance entertainment, which added a lively and cultural touch to...

Incredible, a must place to try the best Moroccan food. The service was excellent, all the staff were kind and attentive. English widely spoken which helps people such as me. QR code menu has photos if you’re unsure how things look. The decor is so beautiful, real attention to detail, so good to eat in high quality surroundings. Traditional background music. Waiters wore the nicest clothing. Tea was sweet and refreshing. Appetisers were perfect. Harira soup, wow, packed with flavours. The ambrosia lamb was the tastiest tajine I’ve ever had. Portions were just right. Everything is done to the highest standard. It’s magic how they made simple white rice taste so good. Prices reflect the quality of ingredients, ambience and everything.
