The feeling I got from this restaurant is that the waiters are serving people like if we were dogs. I went there with a group of 12 people. -We first ordered wine and the waitress came with an already opened bottle of wine(clearly refilled-but lets say that is ok) and she just filled the wine glasses up to the top(literally!!) and she said she did that so that she can get the wine bottle from the table at that moment. (I don’t really get it) So after a while the wine was warm and it didn’t taste good. Also, one of the wine glasses was dirty. -The pieces of meat were cut very unprofessionally and they were basically falling in the plate from a height of 20cm, and as a result sometimes the piece of meat would get out of the plate or would just splash what’s in the plate on our clothes. Usually in Brazilian restaurants they give you tongs, so that you can grab the piece of meat while is being cut and place it carefully in your plate. -when we ordered desserts the same waitress who served the wine, actually threw the 3 plates of desserts on the table, and as a result the edge of one plate got into the piece of cake of the other plate. And she didn’t even say sorry. She just left and acted like it never happened. -the empty plates of the side dishes were piling up and nobody bothered to collect them from the table, we actually placed everything on the end of the table from where the waiters were passing (and we had to tell to the waiter if he could get some to the kitchen so that there is space to enjoy our food better) -some of us ordered beers and the waiters forgot to bring the orders and we had to remind them 2-3 times, or they would bring other drinks that we didn’t order. In the end there was an error in the bill because of this.
I won’t go again in that restaurant, and clearly I don’t recommend it. Maybe the other Brasa y leña are better, but avoid the one close to...
Read moreTHIS IS A REVIEW FROM A BRAZILIAN:
Don't go to this place, it's a huge scam! It's not even close to what we have in Brazil, the authentic "rodizio". First of all, they have the worst service I had in my life, and listen, i've been to many horrible places before. Waiters were rude, they take long time to serve you and when they go to your table it seems like they are doing a favor for you. Second, the food is not even close to what we have in Brazil... They served us a small plate of rice, been and a powder smashed potato, and told us to share it in 6 people... dude... are you kidding me? We had to bag then so they brought more food, few french fries and some cold "farofa". Even when we asked then for "vinagrete" they came with vineger... they really have no idea what brazilian food is! (I'm not even talking about the meet, because the cuts where not close to our and they didnt want to serve a picanha until we asked for it..) Third, and the worst that make it a more authentic scam, is their website. They say the price on Sunday is 12,90 for dinner, which starts at 5pm (check it yourself), but when you arrive there, they want to charge you the lunch price, 18,90, because apparently dinner starts just at 8pm. We told them it, but the manager refused to make the real price... I'm pretty sure anyone who wants can sue them for it, and they really deserve it.
Guys, avoid this place and, if you want something that is more authentic, go to Sabor Gaucho in Cuzco, otherwise you will have a wrong impression about this delicious...
Read moreI’ve been here about 6 months ago, and this WAS my review: “Very nice place, very welcoming staff, specially the manager, and the food, you feel like in heaven. I luv brazilian food, specially brazilian barbecue and ‘feijoada com farofa’. The prices are a little bit high, it’s expensive comparing to other restaurants in the neighborhood. For just one person, after 5pm, you’ll probably spend around €23-€26 [delicious desert included, BUT juices, soft drinks or drinks are not, and they’ll charge you for at least one of them no matter what. My tip: ask for the soft drink, it’s the cheapest (€3,50) and it’s free refill, but remember to ask for a ‘caipirinha’, the one served here is so nice!].” Now, 6 months later it became SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE! Starting for the rudeness of the waitress JULI, and moving on to the disappointing table service. It took over 20 minutes I was at the table to have m 1st bite of beef. In addition, talking to JULI is as you’re talking to the wall: I asked her 4 times the same subject, and she was talking over me not caring about what I was asking. Just after the 4th time she replied what I was asking. Besides that, almost NONE of the waiters were in a good mood to serve the table, just Nilbert (a polite and kind professional). The meat wasn’t tasty either. There’s not even simple things like having more than one spoon to serve myself. Well, RUDENESS and CARELESS SERVICE is the new way I can describe this brazilian restaurant. What a pity! I don’t recommend it...
