Stopped here for lunch after visiting the National Library close by. This branch of Santa Gloria is a great place for a quick coffee and lunch. Never having been in this chain before, I see that this branch has a wide selection of sandwiches, croissants, salads, pastries and other basked goods. I don't speak any Spanish, but the staff were patient and made every effort to be helpful. Eventually I got a Cafe con Leche, Tortilla de Espanol and Churro. The tortilla was excellent and just how I always imagined it should be. Just the right amount of seasoning. The interior, cooked, but not overcooked, leaving a slightly runny centre of egg. The coffee was excellent too.
