One of the nicest customer service received. As soon as we came in, very welcoming. As soon as we sat down, the gentleman serving us explained how things worked and that within 4 minutes, they would be back to get our order. Ordered 1 Shisha and few drinks, drinks got to us within 1 or 2 minutes. Environment very nice too and comfortable. When getting out, instead of just getting the payment, went through the order again to make sure everything was correct, asked if everything was okay and if we enjoyed it. We told them we were on holidays and instead of just dispatching us, the gentleman was keen to know where we were from and everything. We've only discovered this place relatively recently but we just can't stop going there. Located only 1 min walking from Gran Via metro station, it's surprisingly not too expensive. The staff is super welcoming, as is the owner, Alen. You can tell this man is passionate about what he does and that's what you want from an owner!
