I just bought a jacket that was from there it was $500 usd and the buttons broke two days later. I was super upset. I went in and they cant do refunds. Please be aware before purchasing anything from this store. The next day i left i jacket and they offered me a full refund because it’s completely unacceptable that a jacket that expensive breaks to poor quality sewing. Im thankful they broke their policy and offered me a full refund. Im not sure if they sell cheap quality brands and mark them higher price. The quality was totally unacceptable they should not be buying products from other brands that break that easily. Thanks for the refund. Compré hace dos años una falda con elástico en la cinturilla. Siempre ha estado muy bien cuidada y colgada en un vestidor aireado. Esta temporada, al ir a utilizarla, la goma elástica estaba completamente seca y dada de sí. Fui a la tienda con la falda a ver si tenían un servicio posventa que se pudiese hacer cargo del cambio de goma o lo que fuese. Me parecería lo justo, teniendo en cuenta el precio de la falda y que tiene dos años. Me dijeron que no, que son cosas que pasan, que también le pasa a los bañadores y que me apañase con mi falda. Que la goma no era de mala calidad... (la goma, obviamente, es de pésima calidad). La verdad es que el cambio de goma no me supone más de 10€ con mi costurera, pero habría sido un detalle que tuviesen un servicio posventa a la altura de los precios de sus productos.
