Avoid This Place – Money Stolen and Management Unhelpful

I have been a regular customer at this bar, often visiting with my friends. However, my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated.

Two days ago, I accidentally left my phone in the toilet. Within a minute, I realized and went back to ask the man in charge of maintaining the toilets (he was Black) if he had seen it. He handed me my phone, and we left shortly after.

However, about 30 minutes later, I discovered that money was missing from my phone case. I immediately tried calling the bar that night, but no one answered. The next day, I spoke with the manager and explained everything. I am 100% certain no one else entered the toilet after me, as I was seated directly in front of it and saw everything.

I even offered to have the manager check the security cameras if they didn’t believe me, but they claimed there were no cameras in that area. This is not true – there are cameras throughout the property. The way the situation was handled was dishonest and disappointing.

If you don’t want to risk being stolen from and then dismissed by management, I strongly advise you to stay away from this place.

Went in and was told to sit wherever, which was fine. No one brought us menus we had to go looking for some, only a plate of popcorn was handed to us. After looking at the menu the Waitress came over and couldn't have given 2 craps if we wanted to order or not, the lack of friendliness was so uncomfortable, we felt like a burden more than anything. So we ordered the nachos, and they came out with this huge , like a full tub of sour cream just sitting on top of the nachos, which made the nachos soggy and with the heat , the cream just melted into a watery mess. I called the Waitress as we just couldn't eat it. And she said , well we are the first to ever have complained and what do I want her to do, call the boss. I said no thank you, we will just leave it and head on , and the boss still made me pay even tho it was in edible due to all that sour cream on top. I wish i had of...
