If I could give zero stars, I would.

We arrived as a large group, and from the moment we walked in, both the manager and our waiter were incredibly rude and clearly unhappy to have us there. We ordered drinks, and when they were finally brought to the table, they were spilled all over our 5-year-old child and one of our guests—without a single apology. Instead of helping or acknowledging the mistake, the server just waiter the rest of the drinks at the end of the table, expecting us to sort them out ourselves. I have confronted him and he only shrug his shoulders and continues to have words with him and we all left.

The manager’s behavior was even worse—easily the most unprofessional and dismissive I’ve ever encountered. I left feeling shocked and disappointed that a place could treat its customers like this.

Comparto mi súper experiencia de hoy, me dirijo con un grupo a desayunar ya q en otras ocasiones hemos celebrado reunione, cenas de equipo de trabajo y todo muy bien, comida bien, precio bien, servicio pues no son la alegría de la huerta pero bien normal, ya q smp están full y ellos a tope, hoy eran las 10 y pico nos sentamos y viene la camarera( Jesica) y nos toma la comanda de bebidas le pido un descafeinado con leche fría y otra compañera pide la bebida y una tostada a lo q le dice enérgica NO NOO PRIMERO LA BEBIDA Y DESPS VENGO POR LA COMIDA Q TENGO MUCHAS MESAS (a vale gracias perdona) Traen la bebida para mi gusto el café no estaba frío pues pido hielo me dice el camarero con ironía eso es leche fría a lo q le respondo desde luego q no ( ya q son yo quien se lo va a beber) me trae hielo ya con retintín, lo pruebo y para mi gusto está muy fuerte le pido a un compañero q vaya a la barra y me pida leche fría aparte por favor, a lo q sale el “encargado” y me hace sonar la jarra de leche en la mesa y me dice leche fría de nevera, yo a muchas gracias, peroooo lo repite y más fuerte y yo ya noté su intención, me levanto y me ignora en fin, vamos a pagar la cuenta cada uno por supuesto ya q en ningún cartel pone (no nos gusta cobrar cuentas separadas) le digo se ha molestado ud x la leche y me mira y dice no no es eso….. ^^ esq la leche fría la utilizamos para capuchinos..??? Tengo yo q saber eso? A la hora de pedir leche fría para un café ? Le digo ya pero si el café no es de mi gusto para ud será frío para mi estaba caliente, estaba el hombre indispuesto le digo cobrese ud el extra de “LECHE FRÍA DE NEVERA” me dice no nunca lo hago( no me hubiera importado) en fin se acerca a la camarera y le dice y encima tengo q estar preguntando por separado lo q van a pagar… me cobra y me dice donde trabajáis? En El Corte Inglés yo salgo xk ya pago indignada lógicamente y le pregunta a mis compañeras q en q departamento?!…: en fin señor encargado mi nombre está en la reseña y el departamentto es 135 si le apetece pasarse a hacernos una visita estaré totalmente encanta de ayudarle y q ud se vaya satisfecho con su compra y la experiencia, no suelo ser muy simpática xk es lo q tiene la cara al público pero le aseguro q con ud me esforzare el triple para q no se vaya con el mal sabor q me he ido yo de su puesto de trabajo q entendemos todos q la hostería es una real m……y no está pagado pero era muy temprano para q ud se enfadé.
