Update: I can't reply to your comment regarding the 5th star, but as you asked I'll be honest with you.

The reason I gave you 4 stars not 5 was because I entered your bar with 3 friends, two of which attend and enjoy you bar every weekend making them regulars of yours. They had all explained to me how nice of a place it was and how nice the staff were.

All of us came to spend our whole evening at your bar to spend our money buy your drinks and enjoy your space.

One of these regulars entered your bar with an almost finished smoothie at which point you said in what I can only describe as an aggressive and rude manner 'do you want me to throw that away!?' She replied no and you said it again and appeared very angry about the situation. You gave her the option to throw it away or leave and finish the remaining smoothie outside the bar which was very embarrassing and uncomfortable for everyone involved not to mention very confrontational.

I also feel like your barman had a standoff attitude with me upon asking...

We went with my friend who is visiting me this week because we really enjoy live music. However, we were really starving by the time we arrived and the bar doesn't have kitchen service. So we were finishing of listening a song a person was singing as not to be rude, when the owner of the bar , I think, came to us in a really bad way AND told us that if we didn't drink we had to leave... I truly understand his.point, but how about talking kindly? He was really rude , even when I explain our situation and that we were about to leave. ... I can see someone answering opinions here and I saw that this attitude is not different from what I heard last night. ... Customer service is important but being educated much more. I understand that the bar is always full, it is because in Palma there aren't these kind of offers, not because the bar is outstanding. Dont be rude ponytail guy, people deserve to be treated...

Whilst physically changing disks to create a seamless, progressive play list that is amazing! ,Lee will make pour you a perfect beer or a quality spirit with glass bottle cokes or top notch mixers. Lee is able to hold conversations with a pirate, American tourists, the local playboy or a Michelin starred chef all simultaneously. The deco is very personalized and Rock and roll, the lighting is perfect and the sound of the place. All in all it’s a world class bar and well worth the visit.
