My husband and I had a fantastic lunch at Amar, located inside the vibrant Santa Catarina market. We ordered the ceviche and the sushi roll of the day, which featured tuna with broccoli and spicy mayo—a unique combination that really worked! Both dishes were exceptionally fresh, and you could truly taste the quality of the ingredients.
