If you’re in Palma and want to indulge in a culinary experience that combines exquisite flavors, top-notch service, Pedros is the place to go. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality. Owner greeted us personally! He used to run a 3 Michelin-starred restaurant in Germany, so he clearly knows his craft, and it truly showed in every dish. We chose to sit outside, enjoying the pleasant atmosphere, and were immediately impressed by the attention to detail.

Our kids couldn’t get enough of the pinsa, topped with fresh herbs, while we sampled the carrot-ginger-orange soup. It was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, with a generous sprinkle of fresh parsley that elevated the dish. And when it came to the fine dining options and dessert - wow! The fluffy, caramelized pancakes were served with a flames of rum, making every bite an absolute delight. The balance of sweetness and texture was spot-on, and you could tell that every element had been carefully crafted with quality ingredients. The flavors were absolutely sublime. Drinks selection is carefully curated- you can trust every recommendation.

The service was excellent, they are going above and beyond to provide a wonderful eating experience. We had the absolute pleasure of early-dining / late-lunch here in April 2025. Walked in here with my 22 month old daughter who has been a complete diva, threw her shoes away while on a walk today. These guys noticed that we had a pretty rough ordeal. This is by far one of the nicest meals I’ve had during my stay here. There are few restaurants within the city that have made me feel that its a wonderful place to bring children and having traditional Mediterranean norms and values centred around family, this is certainly one of those restaurants… familia. I was even ready at one point to pay for our meals and have those packed up as my daughter continued to throw her terrible 2s tantrum, the owners said not to worry and to try and enjoy my meal, the locals in the restaurant not at all fazed. I had the salmon special and it was wonderful along with the house red which was a bargain. Thank you for making my long evening...

We (party of 2) came as walk-ins for dinner and were promptly seated with no complaint about our lack of reservation. There was only one server, who masterfully attended to the entire restaurant, speaking 4 languages in the process.

All of the food was good, but the highlight was the pinsa piccante. Was it pretty much a pepperoni pizza? Yes, but among the best I’ve ever had. The crust was crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. I pulled an ugly American move and asked for the leftover pieces to be packed up to take back to our hotel.
