Having never eaten Lebanese food, we were fascinated to try the Rotana Restaurant in the fashionable area of Santa Catalina in Palma. Out of all the hundreds of restaurants in this neighbourhood you have to try this restaurant. with a very bussy night the service was excellent, the friendly staff at no point they they forget to smile, the owner Mr. Mandu kept visiting our table to ensure all was good. The decor is really open and friendly with an upstairs eating area. With regards to the food my wife and I cant falt it. We started with a tapas of 8 different things, including croquets, small cheese pasties, and Hummus, all delicious, we wrer tempted to try the lamb. Outstanding!!!! in Mallorca lamb tend to be dry but this dish took me back to our English tender roat lamb, if only for this dish we will go back. Read moreA lovely place well managed by the owner. He is a gentleman, welcomes warmly. Make you feel comfortable by his care, in a moment. You will feel yourself like a regular here after some minutes. His staff is excellent, they make you feel good at every contact. It was a pleasure to find his restaurant, during our short visit to the beautiful island.
Food were delicious and fresh. You feel the quality, in every course. Well cooked, well served. Have some rare to find tastes, in high quality. Atmosphere and mood is lovely. Definitely would worth visiting for a dinner. You may need reservation, it is quickly sold out.

They held our table for a full extra hour (we had major transport issues!) and when we arrived we were greeted with such warm smiles. Service was exceptional, and the food was utterly delicious. We enjoyed the balloon bread and some dips for starters (Lebanese trio + mousaka), kibbeh (which we normally don’t enjoy as it can be too lamby, but this kibbeh was fresh, delicate, and gorgeous to eat).
