Cibus Pizzeria — Restaurant in Palma

After beach decided with a friend to have a dinner somewhere and stopped here. When we came the place looked super busy bcs many people came for take away pizza, I was almost scared to ask the waiter if there 2 seats free as she was alone there except the chefs. We sat down worrying we'll wait long just to order but the lady came with a smile on her face (in max 5min) saying sorry she is late and we ordered, food came in good time and was delicious!! We had small chat with the waitress and even though she was alone for such busy place she was extremely nice and even offered us limoncello which we said we'll drink if she has one with us.

The location and the restaurant itself are quite nice, and the waiter was friendly and quick. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the gluten-free pizza. The dough clearly wasn’t homemade, and you could taste the difference – it lacked both texture and flavor. The tomato sauce was bland and had no noticeable seasoning. Amazing service. Patricia you the best. Always teking care of all guests. Always helpful and even in a rush hour Always kind. The ambiance is great, from the decoration to the music.... very well done. And the Pizzas... The Pizzas. They are one of the best I have ever tasted, and the ones who know me knows how much I love pizza. Monica congratulations.
