Well.. the picture on the menu / advertisement is NOT the same as the pizza you get ( I don't mean the type of pizza - but the leopard cornicione / crust and the overall impression). Looking past the false advertisement (first image attached) - the pizza tasted ok. Nothing above average, greasy and seems like the dough is over-risen. Sauce is the highlight of the pizza, but nothing extraordinary. Even though first impression was bad, it doesn't fully deserve 3 stars. Let's be nice and give it a weak 4. Had pizza 50 meter down the street which was better.

Estic totalment decebuda amb el que m’ha succeït . He trucat per demanar dues pizzes a domicili. El primer que he fet és corroborar si hi havia opció sense gluten tal i com indica a la pàgina web, ja que sóc completament intolerant al gluten. La noia que m’ha contestat m’ha dit que si, i després li he demanat si podia demanar qualsevol pizza, i m’ha dit que si també. He demanat dues pizzes sense gluten, una de kebab i una mallorquina. Quan ens han arribat les pizzes, hem vist que la mallorquina portava galeta i trossos de pà a sobre. Inmediatament he trucat, perquè si arribo a menjar-me-la hagués tingut un atac celíac molt fort. La noia que m’ha contestat ha estat la mateixa que abans, i m’ha dit que la culpa era meva, ja que no li havia especificat que, a part de la massa sense gluten, volia els ingredients sense gluten. Aquí hi ha dos temes: si la pizzeria té opció de pizza sense gluten s’hauria de donar per entès que el que contingui la pizza també ho hauria de ser, i segon, que entenc que doncs no hi ha cap tipus de cura al fer la pizza i per tant hi ha contaminació creuada, fet greu per les persones intolerants. Finalment, ens han tornat els diners de la pizza. Comentar que l’únic positiu de l’experiència ha estat el repartidor, que ha estat amable en tot moment. Gràcies a aquesta situació ens hem quedat sense sopar.

Tasty Pizza definitely would recommend the place in Cala Major. Unfortunately, the service is badly disappointing, and I can say it as being a regular customer, not sure what happened to usual such a friendly staff. While I was ordering, the waiter had a phone call (work phone). She interrupted me and told me, “Wait”, putting a “shush” finger on me while talking over the phone. This is unacceptable!

Oh wow just had the most amazing vegan pizza . I can honestly say it was the best vegan pizza I have ever had . The base was so light and crispy and the toppings were really tasty .100% recommend for everyone not just vegans . The staff were really friendly and our waitress, Rocio was really lovely and attentive . Gary , the manager was really lovely and you could tell it was important to him that we were having a lovely meal . I can honestly say that this was the best pizza I have had here in Mallorca and I’ve lived here for 5 years . Whatever your doing Pura Pizza keep doing it and can’t wait to come back . The pizza was ok.. but the service with a waiter called “ADAN” was the worst experience. He had an attitude from the beginning like really unhappy to be there working. Then I asked for a glass of water and he said I needed to buy a plastic bottle or it would be from the tap. He gave me tap water. Then I asked for Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top because it didn’t have enough cheese or salt and he said I needed to pay extra for the cheese. Wow this is a first I heard in a pizzeria. He was quite an asshole. Thankfully he left and a nice lady took over and excuse him for his behavior and said they never charge for the cheese on top and that he shouldn’t had given me tap water. I certainly won’t be going back...

🍕On my quest to find great pizza this is definitely a place to put on my map! Yumm! My Frutti di Mare was absolutely fresh, and my friend had a tasty hot one. You could feel the natural flavours, it was not overly hot, but hot enough to make us sweat a tiny bit. 🌶️ (Took care of that with the ice cold beer.)

😎 Staff is friendly and super effective. They have a rush but they take your order kindly. We asked about their spicy oils and our waiter fetched us the bottle so we can see and try before ordering.
