We popped into Cosi on a whim. It's been many years since there was a good restaurant in this space, but we saw this was new and the menu looked promising. We were so glad we tried it! We were immediately welcomed by the owner and his wife and they were able to answer some questions that we had about the menu. I had Il Fagottino, a dish of delicious fresh pasta purses stuffed with pear and goat cheese with a light truffle sauce. My husband had the salmon with orange glaze and said the salmon was perfectly cooked. He raved about the entire dish. We shared the panna cotta with caramel sauce, it was sublime. We also had the Negroni Sbagliato, and when we told the owner how much we enjoyed it he showed us a technique he used in its making -- it turned out that he is an accomplished mixologist!

While the space still feels like it just opened, the food and cocktails demonstrate that the owners and chef really know what they are doing. We are wishing them great success because we will enjoy having such a good restaurant right...
