I recently celebrated my birthday at L’ Ànima and it was nothing short of a sensorial experience of excellence. From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed not as customers, but as cherished guests. The owner made us feel at home, pampering us with warmth, attention, and genuine care — a rare and beautiful touch.

The interiors are the perfect balance of elegance and coziness, creating an atmosphere that’s both intimate and inviting. In my mother tongue, "anima" means soul — and this restaurant truly has both soul and class. You can feel the passion in every detail, from the ambiance to the plating.

And the food? Exquisite. You HAVE to try the filet — tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. And the cheesecake? It's simply to die for — velvety, balanced, and unforgettable.

Saw this elegant looking place in the area and made an easy booking, went there slightly earlier and we were sat straight down into the best seats of the house on the roadside seating. Having the ambiance of a high end restaurant whilst also being able to watch life in Palma go by added to the culinary experience. The food and service were excellent and our host was second to none. He provided the best recommendations and explained each dish as it came. The order in which the food arrived was perfectly executed with the perfect amount of time between each curated corse. Seeing the passion in the service and the food shows how special this newly opened restaurant is. Best food I’ve had in Mallorca yet!!

Situated in a pulsing street full of life this restaurant is a complete oasis that makes you feel comfortable, relaxed and well looked after.

The food is absolutely out of this world, the pork belly with Kimchi cream I could have every day. The steak is one of the most tender enjoyable cuts I’ve ever experienced and the perfect wine recommendation just made it all the more special.

If you go you need to try their margarita twist! I’ll not give away the surprising ingredients. 😊

Service is second to none. Attention to detail is exquisite and the friendliness of everyone is absolutely warming.
