Very disappointed. Very bad service, the waiter did not treat us good at all, we pay for the food, we are not beging for food, why you have to treat us with a very bad attitude? what did we do wrong? we were very polite to you but you did the opposite to us, why?? For what?? Do you know the word "first come first service" or "service minded" if you don't want to serve us just say it to us at the door when we were waiting. This is our second time in this restuarant, the first time was very good and we had a very good experience here, that's why we came back. But this time is very disappointed. First we have to wait at the door waiting for the waiter to see us, when he came he just tell us to sit whereever we want, but not give us the menu yet. Then another people come but he give them the menu right away they even not sit yet, after that we have to wait for the menu like 10 minutes, and when we try to get attention from the waiter no body care about us and when he come he tell us to calm down with a bad tone and bad attitude ( it's like we do something so bad to him). And then when we are eating our starter like just half he came to ask if we want the main dish and we say yes, whenever the food is ready, then he try to get my husband dish the knive and fork, but he said "he still want to eat you can get the dish but leave the fork for me to eat" then the waiter leave him without let him finish his speaking. And right away the waiter talk to his colleage about us we could hear it very loud and clear. When the food came was not so good like before, i asked for steak (rib eye meddium rare) but they served it with the hot plate so it became a well done steak and the other dish was the ribs and it was very very dry. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! We went to have dinner at 10pm on a Friday night. There were a few people in the queue/line ahead of us since we didn’t make a reservation. No one greeted anyone for over 15 minutes causing those ahead of us to leave. We were at the front of the queue and after another 5 minutes, I walked in and asked a waiter if anyone was going to seat us. They told us to wait another 5 minutes which we did because we heard good things. I’m once we were seated, it took another 20-30 minutes to get our drinks and starters and the starters were subpar at best. The poor couple next to us had to remind them of their drink order since they forgot and it took 30 minutes for their tomato bread to come out. Our main finally arrived after ANOTHER 30 minutes and we ordered the ribeye medium rare. The steak was still alive and bleeding which we told them and they proceeded to argue with us. We asked for the check so we could pay and just leave due to the horrific experience. The waiter said don’t worry about paying and if we wanted to leave we could which we proceeded to do. As we walked out and were walking away, 3 of the staff members including our waiter, surrounded my husband and were yelling and being threatening. Amazing place, the sevice is exquisit and the prices are really fair for what they offer. The location is very central and for those who don't like beeing seen I would suggest to ask for a table further inside the room. Otherwise you are exposed to the pedestrians walking by like in a store window. But for those who like to look outside and see the people walking by, it's perfect.

we ordered the Menu, for 37.5€ each and got 4 courses, we ordered 2 glasses of a local wine and drank 4 bottles of a sparkling water that we considered as delicious (also local, and we only drink water at home so we could taste a difference) All in all a great experience. The only minor thing I would suggest, is to change the configuration of the way the waiters operate. I can't order a food with one waiter and can't order drinks with another. some are only there to bring and take plates. It's confusing. But I kind of get the system.

if you want to have a table for a date, you should make a reservation 2 weeks in advance. You will not get a guaranteed table at the window. Those are very popular and are given out randomly. TRUST ME, I TRIED 😂
