Palma Bread - home of the cinnamon bun — Restaurant in Palma

I usually buy the sourdough bread here because i absolutely love it!!! But this review is dedicated to another artpiece i tried two weeks ago. On Halloween you had little ghost-cakes with white chocolate, an amazing cream and a hidden raspberry filling! It was by far the best pastry i ate in years!!!! I already told all my friends living in Palma about this delicious cake!! A couple of days ago i came back to ask for more. Sadly, they told me, it was just a limited edition for Halloween, but in case you read this review: PLEASE bring back these cakes! Doesn’t need to be a ghost, i can also think of a white snowflake, or a snowman for Christmas. Or bring it back the whole year in a timeless theme. I loved it and can’t get enough of it! Was this pricey? Yes. Were these the best almond croissants and cinnamon buns I’ve had? Yes. For 4.75€, the almond croissant is super heavy/big and has a delicious filling that I think is well worth it. If you had pricier options from London, this price totally makes sense (Paul Conticcini, for example). The cinnamon bun was unique in taste, not like the cheap grocery stores ones that are pretty bland. Not as heavy or large as the almond croissant, but very good :)

Finally we can get bread and Swedish baking goods as good or even better than we can get in Sweden! The staff that work there are always very helpful and explain the products to their fullest details. A lot of the raw materials used have been imported from Sweden as it’s hard to get an equal item in Spain, but where for example the Spanish products equal the Swedish counterparts Palma Bake seams to use that, for example the whipped cream.
