Cocktail bar situato lungo il lungomare di Palma, con uno stile basato sulla storia di Quentin, un americano di origine italiana del XIX secolo. Ho potuto conoscere Lucio il proprietario, un ragazzo napoletano che dopo 13 anni a Londra ha deciso di venire qua ed aprire questo bar per la sua passione di bartender. Fa anche da mentore ai ragazzi giovani che lavorano per lui; potrei dire un'esempio fantastico. Da lui ho potuto assaggiare il Cardamon Negroni un Negroni più aromatizzato per un italiano una bellezza raffinata da bere non contento anche un Whisky Sour. Vi consiglio di passare qui assolutamente se venite a Palma di Maiorca se volete bere qualcosa di unico e raro che bartender così bravi non si trovano ovunque. Per i prezzi ovviamente vi dico ONESTISSIMI e il proprietario vi tratterà come se foste di casa. Non ve ne pentirete.

This was by far our favorite place to have drinks and food. Lucio creates a warm and cozy atmosphere that kept us there until closing. It's extremely clean, food and drinks were unique and delicious, and it is dimly lit for a romantic ambiance. I rarely leave reviews, if ever but this spot deserves it.
