Rottehullet Danish Eatery. — Restaurant in Palma

After seeing all the incredible reviews we were very excited to eat here. The evening started off well with the very friendly owner who made us delicious cocktails hence the 2 stars. We were the only people in the place. However, the owner who was also the bartender and the chef and the waiter proceeded to forget all about us. We tried to catch his attention but he was too busy with his friends that came in, cooking for them, chatting with them and then having a cigarette outside. It took 45minutes to finally get him to come over by that stage we just asked for the bill. There was no apology even after we asked if had forgotten about us.

I am very sad to write this review as we had high hopes and the owner seems friendly. But to ignore your customers in the service...

I had an amazing experience dining at rottehullet last night. Me and my Danish friends have been really craving traditional Danish food as we are living on Mallorca, which we absolutely got here - and more! You could tell that the chef was super passionate about all the food, and everything was very fresh and homemade. We had 2 x smørrebrød pr. Person which was more than enough food, but had to also taste the desserts, which were equally as amazing as the main course. We...

Great food. Great service. Is a one man show here, the owner runs everything. Be prepare to have a slower service when it gets a bit busy since it is just him. But you can tell he tries to give a little touch to all his customers.

More importantly the tapas were great. They might not be the typical Spanish tapas, but they were delicious. I would recommend coming here for a cozy night...
