Restaurant Fusión Mediterranean grill — Restaurant in Palma

Visited Fusion Mediterranean Grill on the strip in Cala Major. We fancied a pre drink snack, and this was perfect for 2 people!! We ordered the Especialidad de Tapas. It was the perfect amount! Who knew Dates in Bacon could taste so good!! There were also 2 bruchettas each. One with tomatoes and an olive oil pesto marinade with cheese and one with tomatoes and parma ham... a perfect pre drink base. Then were the chicken croquettes, which were fabulous, salted padron peppers, crispy calamari, and chicken wings. A perfect start to the night.

Would I eat here again? Yes! Liked it so much we went back the following night to do it all again!

We sat outside to watch the world go by but theres also a cool fanned inside area.

Do note 6-9pm is happy hour, so drinks are discounted. We had two large vodkas and...

Our cocktail arrived 10 minutes before our beer… After ordering a water we received a bottle which had already been opened and drank from. We ordered the sea food paella and waited over 45 minutes for it to arrive… with no apology or offering of something else during the wait. Mussels over cooked and hard, shell crumbled when picked up. Never have I seen mussels like that! Over all very disappointed. Not worth the money. Will not be returning nor...

Had an amazing meal that totally hit the spot! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — every bite felt like a little celebration. Big shoutout to the waitstaff Harleen and Henry — super friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They are gem! quick with recommendations, always smiling, and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. You can tell they care about both the food and the people.
