Levies Cafe Bar — Restaurant in Seville

I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The service was unorganized and unprofessional.

Firstly, the staff completely forgot the main dish I ordered. I waited for a long time before reminding the waiter, but he still failed to bring it. Eventually, I had to go to the counter and ask for the bill because the situation was so frustrating.

Additionally, we had ordered desserts as part of a set menu (starter, main course, and dessert), but these were also never served. When the bill came, we were charged for almost the entire meal, excluding my missing main dish, but it still didn’t reflect the fact that we never received our desserts.

To make matters worse, the waiter who served us did not apologize. Instead, another staff member offered a vague apology, which didn’t feel sincere or adequate given the poor service we experienced.

Overall, the lack of attention to detail and basic customer service made this a very disappointing visit. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone expecting professional and...

It was a nice beautiful sunny day so we joined in with the locals in the terrace and came here for our first meal in Sevilla. The tapas were pretty average priced @ €3 per dish. I accompanied my late lunch with a glass of sangria (€2.50) while he had a large pint of cerveza (€2.80).

We ordered the marinated chicken, pork cheek and the chefs special salmon ceviche. They bring out baskets of bread and bread sticks but what they don't tell you is that they charge extra for it (€.70).

All three dishes were amazing!!! And the portions are perfect. One thing I noticed is that the service is always slow in Spain but that's expected because they have 1 or 2 servers waiting on about a dozen or so tables. And they don't come to you unless you call for them.

Fraud alert fake photos on menu and you don’t know what you’re getting till you get your bill. Food was ok but felt very misled. Grilled iberian ham came out to be thin pork chop. When we compared the menu again they taped over the menu and they themselves said they had a stock photo and it was incorrect photo and description.

I felt very cheated and even the drinks they don’t fill the cup. They only fill it half at best. I saw the two tables next to us one English speaking couple had two beers vs a different Spanish table and theirs the glass is full. Our soda was only 200ml and even with three pieces of huge ice didn’t fill the cup.
