We came here for lunch for my husbands birthday. I ordered vegetarian rice dish but i got the fish with rice. I did tell the lovely Dutch lady working there as no one else was around but I don’t think she had a say in it. . My husband ordered the 62 euro steak which was tough and chewy, I told one of the waiters in a suit it was my husbands birthday and he said they would sort a dessert but when it came to paying he had disappeared and obviously never told any of the other staff. For such an expensive hotel, it was absolutely the worst service I've recently experienced. Was there on a Friday at 6.30pm and the waitress took 20 min to order my drink (which wasn't good, and cost 18€) 20 more minutes to bring it, and afterwards an hour of trying to get my bill. Several people walked out, including a party of 4 who complained while leaving that they had been waiting 1 hour for the bill. Ridiculous....
