What a disappointment I arrived shortly after they opened for dinner on a Thursday, and was sat in the corner away from the window because I didn't want a table in the bike lane outside. Sat maybe one minute and a short, older waiter come and barks "what are you getting to drink?" No, hello or welcome, just a demand of a drink order. I'll be referring to him as short, older waiter because like I said, there was no introduction or formality. I hadn't even seen a drink list yet because I had just opened my menu. Rushed, I ordered a glass of wine and a bottle of water. A second member of the waitstaff dropped my drinks and I asked for wifi. He said he didn't know so he'd check. He never returned. I'm traveling so wifi helps whenever available. Shortly after, I was still looking over the menu and the original short, older waiter came and asked "eat?" Then he said "Butter Chicken, medium spice!" I was put off by his aggressive stance but thought maybe it was a suggestion so I agreed. Later, a third staff member dropped my food. I again asked for wifi and he told me "we have wifi but no internet access." What does that even mean? The meal was the most bland dish of my life. Eight chunks of chicken in a sauce that tasted like ketchup and curry powder with a bit of actual butter on top. Why was it so sweet? After my meal was dropped, no staff checked in until I had to raise my hand for a bill. I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth from the meal and the service.
Also mentionable: • Sitting farther inside, (out of street view) I noticed that my serving bowl was different than the tables by the window. I had a plain white bowl and every other table had a copper bowl, sitting atop a heating element. Why was my experience diminished? • I kid you not that the table by the window found a pice of glass in their Naan. The same short, older waiter at first was very defensive with their discovery. Then she handed him the piece of glass and he went to the kitchen. Much later he emerged from the kitchen, upstaris and apologized to the table. From what I overheard, it was something new in the kitchen, blah blah. I'm not sure if they were comped or not.

Read moreI recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately had a very poor experience that I feel compelled to share so others can make an informed choice.
I had ordered dal and rice, a simple Indian meal, but the service that followed was anything but satisfactory. When I politely asked for a small bowl to eat the dal in, I was told that they do not provide bowls and that “people usually eat in the plate itself.” I had no choice but to eat the dal directly in the same plate with roti and rice where all my other food items were served like papad n salad, which was quite uncomfortable and messy.
Later, when I wanted to eat the dal rice, I was handed a very large serving spoon. On requesting a smaller spoon for actually eating with, I was again denied. The staff insisted that this was the smallest spoon they had, which was clearly more suitable for serving than eating.
To top it all, when I asked for the Wi-Fi password, I was informed that they do not have Wi-Fi. In this day and age, even the most basic eateries offer Wi-Fi, especially for solo diners or travelers who might need it.
Overall, the service was extremely poor and lacked the warmth and hospitality that one expects from an Indian restaurant. The staff was unaccommodating, and basic requests were denied with no effort to make the dining experience comfortable.
I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant or hospitable dining experience. Indian restaurants are known for their generosity and guest care – sadly, this one completely...
Read moreThis must be the worst Indian restaurant in Valencia. They have no regard for people’s safety and could nearly have killed my son. My son went for dinner there on Thursday 4th November with his friends to celebrate Diwali. He has a severe nut allergy which he clearly stated to the server/manager when taking his order. They confirmed they understood but he reiterated the allergy condition again. Upon receiving his order, he ate a mouthful and clearly felt his lips, ears burn up which he knows all too well is a clear reaction to nuts. He didn't eat any more, called the manager/server over to raise the issue but the manager remained ignorant and rudely just walked away. He took his allergy medicine immediately which relieved the immediate situation but when he got home, he endured stomach cramps and reactions causing him to miss his university lessons and had to remain at home. I will be raising this experience with the local consumers office and “Hoja de Reclamciones” to ensure they do not continue being ignorant which could potentially prove fatal in the future. Luckily, my son is aware and is cautious but for those that aren't could have been...
