BURRITOS - Trafalgar — Restaurant in Valencia

Highly recommend! Similar in set-up to Chipotle, but quality and service are drastically better! I have been to this restaurant and location twice and both times it was exceptional. The owner Gabriel and was so nice and accommodating speaking to us in English, since our Spanish is poor. We appreciated it very much. Richard has been in there both times we have been and was incredibly nice and spoke to us in English as well. He also made recommendations and he was not wrong! :) I got the carnitas bowl and my husband got the chicken burrito bowl. My husband and I are professional chefs, and this exceeded our expectations. This is a lovely place to eat. The quality of the various ingredients / fillings that you can pick to put into your dish was really high. I had a burrito but you can also have a 'naked burrito' (without wrapping in a tortilla / e.g just the fillings in a bowl) which is good if you are coeliac or gluten free diet.

And because we are coeliac, the staff (VERY special mention to Gabriella who also speaks english) we're very attentive and understood this concern and helped us. It was especially good that Gabriella changed her serving gloves and also the spoon used to pick the fillings out in order to eliminate any gluten cross contamination.

Overall, we had an excellent experience here and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone for a quality, tasty, healthy and good value meal.

So my experience with this place become bad in moment I wanted to order something and I mentioned in Spanish language that I speak little in Spanish can I order in English and the worker answered no and proceeded to costumer behind me. I'm not sure that the deal of this dude was bad if you know anything in costumer service you don't do such things and try help out even in international language. Luckily the person behind me was my friend who almost started arguing why he is not serving the customer in the end we got burritos and must say they are nothing special just okey, but experience of this place is ruined forever.
