La Tagliatella — Restaurant in Valencia

This was one of my worst experiences in a restaurant. I was with my friend out to diner last night, the service was unfortunately really bad. We got the feeling that we were not welcome here and that the staff did everything to get us out as fast as possible. We were sat at a table where the airconditioning was dripping water. At first was it falling on us but then it fell on our glasses which can be dangerous for your health. We then asked politely to get another table so we could eat without becoming wet and the waiter got so irritated by that. He proceeds to clean a table behind us and says that we can switch and leaves very quickly. We then had to move all our plates and glasses ourselves. I get that it can become busy but it was not as busy then. We then finally get our food. We had one pizza which was cold because they left it on the counter for practically ten minutes. The waiter then comes with some pasta and trows it on the other side of the table and then trows the pizza. I had an egg on my pasta and I put the egg on the other plate so I could eat it apart. The waiter comes out of nowhere and asks to take the plates. I did not have enough time to say no that he already put another plate on it and left. The food itself was not that great but I think that if the service would be nicer the food would have taste better. I hoped it will get better because nobody deserves to be treated like this. We all deserve some respect even if we’re tourist. We come to a restaurant to relax and eat good food. We came out frustrated and with a bad taste. When we asked for the check the waiter practically ran to get us out as fast as possible.

Placed an order by uber eats yesterday.I clearly explained that I DID NOT want the order if they wouldn’t follow my note and pay attention to my special instructions. Usually, they serve spicy oil and cheese when in restaurant and also in the delivery. However the amount was always not enough for me and I asked for more, I also said that they could charge me for more but I wouldn’t accept the order without extra cheese and oil. They didn’t pay attention to my comment I guess no one read it, but moreover, they didn’t even put the cheese and oil they WERE SUPPOSED TO PUT. I don’t like the pasta without them, so I ended up getting charged for nothing. I still haven’t ate that pasta because of that so my whole money was wasted. Don’t bother ordering food from them as they never pay attention to special instructions and I think that should be appreciated as I’m taking my time and my money to get the order and write the instructions. The instructions field is important since it can be decisive for people with allergies or specific preferences. This kind of disrespect is not happening to me for the first time and I would never do that again to myself , you will definitely feel ignored and disrespected by them. Worst service!...

We visited La tagliatella this week and sadly had the worst dining experience to date. The food was okay but the service was incredibly bad, to the point that I never want to step inside this restaurant again.

First we were served dirty glasses for our wine and after pointing it out they were replaced with glasses that still had visible stains. Then only one appetizer was brought out either the second one arriving much later, when the first one was long finished. The first dish then arrived after half an hour, the dishes for the other guys half an hour later, when the first guy had finished his dish long ago. At this point we were starving so we were happy to be at least served but the dishes were brought out luke warm at best. After finishing our meals we talked to the manager about the situation and she told us we shouldn’t have eaten our meals if we weren’t happy, completely disregarding the fact that we spent two hours waiting very hungry.

Overall, the service was incredibly poor, and I would not recommend this...
