BIGGEST TOURIST TRAP EVER!!! I WARNED YOU! It was worse dinner experience ever! We are definitely not satisfied!

First, the waiters rushed us to order quickly. We said we needed time to see and not long after they came asking again. I'm like can you just have patience?

Second, I ordered Sangria they put a lot of sugar in it, I don't understand why you have to put tons of sugar in sangria? Even my friend from Valencia didn't understand this!

Third, a lot of menu was not available. We came there on Thursday night and I ordered about 5 menu they said not available. Are you kidding me? And he said I will cook a small portion of what we have, but they don't tell me what is it and how much it cost. I was thinking he said it's something small it shouldn't be expensive so I agree with that. And It comes with 4 pieces of Shrimp and when I looked at the bill it was like 24€ for 4 pieces of Shrimp?! Do you have to imported this Shrimp? You have ocean next to you, even in the other restaurant not cost this much! Please do not fool the customers. FYI : 200grams of Shrimp = 4 pieces = 24€! Anyway the Shrimp was very salty, they put to much salt on it.

Forth, my friends ordered a ribs for 20€ and it comes with 3 pieces of bones and very little meat and couple pieces of potatoes. Are you even serving food to human or what?

Fifth, my friend order an appetizer bread with tomato, we ordered 1 portion and they served 3 portions. We don't even ask for 3 portions! on the bill it was multiple 3? The waitress explained in the end when we have to pay the bill, they served 3 portions because we were 3 people. Hello we ordered one portion not 3. See? This is the way they tricked you and get as much as possible your money.

Sixth, it's about the payment. when you split bills you have to choose either with cash or card. They can not split half card and half cash. I don't get it why because in other restaurant normally you can do it but in this restaurant they just couldn't? Your restaurant look fine but so many off things.

Seventh, some of the clams are not opened which is that's not cooked. My friend from Valencia she said don't eat unopened clams because it's not cooked. I'm Speechless.

When I saw this place I'm wondering why it's so quiet. And after the experience and bill comes then I understand why you're Restaurant doesn't have lot of customers. I regret I didn't read the reviews on Google first.

Buenas tardes no doy menos estrellas porque no se puede. Por no estenderme demasiado enumero todo lo ocurrido: 1º olor insoporatable a alcantarrillado en el interior, he tenido que comer en la terraza con el bochorno-calor que hace estos días. 2º reserve dos paletillas de cordero, tuve que esperar 45' 3º entrantes que pedimos de la carta no tenian de nada, al final nos ofrecieron gamba blanca y mejillones. La gamba pedimos que la volvieran hacer que estaba cruda y el mejillon mejor no comerlo 4º Vino, pedí la carta (rioja - tempranillo) no me la trajeron y me dijeron que tenian Ramon Bilbao y similares y al final me trajeron botella de vino Atlas y me cobrán 21 + IVA. 5º de licor para acompañar el café ¡lo que ellos quieran!, no exijas nada, igual que los entrantes no hay de casi nada. 6º LO PEOR DE TODO SON LOS PRECIOS DE LA WEB ¡¡TODO UN ENGAÑO !!, Paletilla de cordero pone 22 y me cobran 28, del vino 21, entrantes más caros y así todo........... ¡OJO, Y PARA POSTRE TODOS LOS PRECIOS SON MÁS IVA! EN RESUMEN MAL COMIDO PARA DOS : 160'84 EU. Tengo que añadir que tengo 61 años y es la primera reseña que pongo tan mal a un restaurante. Nota: Pedí libro de reclamaciones y me enseñaron una carta bastante vieja con unos precios que la mitad no correspondian y con una nota al final que ponia: precios + IVA. SEGÚN LA LEY: ¿Es obligatorio incluir el IVA en la carta de mi restaurante o local? La Ley 44/2006 indica que la carta de los restaurantes y otros establecimientos de hostelería deben incluir el precio completo de lo que ofertan. Es decir, en tu carta debe aparecer el precio final del producto, con el IVA ya incluido.23 sept 2022. Tal cual ví la situación no vale la pena discutir. He pagado y hasta nunca.

Buenas tardes veo su respuesta y yo nunca le he dicho que la paletilla y el coulant estuviesen malos aunque ya que lo hablamos la paletilla estava sosa sin sal cosa que le tuvimos que pedir al camarero, en cuanto al mal olor no me lo puede negar si que entramos con el camarero más mayor y lo estuvimos valorando y mi mujer incluso no queria ni quedarse a comer pero como habiamos reservado le dije que nos quedabamos fuera porque me sabía mal , es de tontos teniendo A.A.C.C. sentarse fuera con el calor que hacia. El vino accedi porque si no me sacan lo que pido ni la carta y veo un vino rioja y tempranillo pués acepto, lo que no me parece bién es el precio para este vino. De entrantes si que pedimos caracoles y creo que navajas y nos dijeron que no habian y rapidamente nos ofrecieron las gambas y las clochinas ., Al igual que queriamos un codillo y una pierna y al final optamos por las dos piernas porque no había codillo. Copa si que pedí de hecho se me cobra en el tiket acabe bebiendo un vaquerito de orujo de hierbas que es de lo que me ofrecierón parecido a lo que pedí, verdad es que luego sacarón dos chupitos de lo mismo de cortesía. En cuanto a la gamba me gusta bién hecha a la primera y no devolverla y que la vuelvan a sacar un poco quemada y la clochina se ve que habría algunas malas porque el caldo sabía mal, si que nos dejamos algunas una vez probamos el caldo. Y por último por suerte para mi le digo que no me supone ningún esfuerzo pagar esa cuenta, estoy bastante acostumbrado a pagar lo que sea cuando es justo y comes bién y no cuando te cobrán de más por algúnos errores de la carta ó por lo que sea etccc..Hace 15 días comí en un restaurante en la misma calle que el suyo me cobraron bastante más y no me queje pague a gusto, seguro que sabe a que restaurante me refiero.Pero bueno para mi aqui se acaba la historía cada uno que se quede con su razón. We looked for a good Paella restaurant, found this one. The Paella was prepared with to much salt for our taste, but I think more people will tell you that. They tolf us, that it is normal, but took the meal back. We ordered also 6 cooked shrimps as a starter, without telling us the price. But, you think, that it will be in the starters range prices.They shrimps didn't had a lot of taste and the meat was very weak. After the coffee (what was a good espresso) they gave us the bill. The charged €36 euro ex tax of 10 % for 6 shrimps of about 8 cm tall each. They cost about 40 percent of the total meal. So they had to tell us the price. Afterwards they told us, that the price for these shrimps is €200/kg , so €20/100grams. They tried to be kind to us, to give a present. A red shopping bag, with there name on it. We felt realy screwed by this way of treading customers, not to be open in pricing and not even give you a free of charge espresso, because of the disappiontment of the Paella. Sorry but we will nog go there anymore. Hope to find a good paella next...
