This place is phenomenal! I was highly impressed by every single aspect of our dining date at Guatape. First, I noticed the great taste and meticulous attention to detail depicted in its ambiance and decoration. Second, we were promptly attended to by a polyglot server whose warm smile lasted through our departure. Third, after we ordered a series of dishes and cocktails as a tasting adventure, we were indulged by an array of colors, smells, and flavors of the most exquisite quality, which were the topic of our conversations even a few days later. Furthermore, Jessica -the business administrator- approached our table in a beautiful and kind fashion in an effort to ensure that we were satisfied and that our specific requests were met. In short, my husband and I had a delightful dining experience at Guatape Cocina Fusion; so much so, we visited that lovely eatery prior to leaving the city. We made a last minute decision to have a Wednesday date night, and we chose Guatapé over Italian food. We made a good choice. The experience was perfect across the board - vibe (great music and decor), service, quality and creativity of food. We couldn't have left happier. We concluded that it's one of those places that's pretty much good for any occasion. It's not the cheapest option out there, but they are fair considering the quality of the food and exprience. It was well worth it, and we'll definitely be back...

He comido en los mejores (y no tan mejores) restaurantes de valencia, y, sin lugar a dudas guatapé esta en el top cinco! Al llegar, mis amigas y yo, no pudimos evitar tomarnos fotos en la entrada, pues es un pequeño espacio de bienvenida con una silla colgante muy particular y una frase iluminada típica de nuestra tierra colombiana, imposible resistirse a ese post de Instagram :) Al entrar, te reciben con una sonrisa de oreja a oreja y te conducen a la mesa.

Importante decir la encargada de sala está realmente interesada en qué te sientas bien en todo momento (sin resultar pesada), te recomienda platos que se ajustan a tus gustos y necesidades, en cuanto al hambre se refiere y las cantidades. Nos dejamos guiar y la verdad fue que sus recomendaciones fueron totalmente acertadas.

En cuanto a la comida INCREÍBLE la fusión de sabores, el trato tan especial, el ambiente único, el interiorismo. Lo recomiendo al cien por cien!

Es un acierto seguro, las porciones son súper adecuadas, la comida sorprende de lo rica que está, y el trato es inmejorable!

P.D: He ido ya tres veces, casi de seguido, porque mi objetivo es probar todos los platos que tienen.
