We went today with a prior reservation today for an ifthar. Before we go,we made the order online because we wanted to make sure the food was ready on the table at the time of the breaking fast. We got 10 minutes late to arrive, even though we were late, the food wasn’t ready. Overall, no complains on the food, food was delicious but the overall experience at the restaurant is dissapointed with related to service provided. The service was so slow and disappointing. We had to wait like 30-40 minutes for the food even though we made the order online before our arrival. However, the drinks arrived even after we finished eating and simple Pepsi took around 1 hour and at last we had to cancel the drinks because we finished eating. We literally had to remind our orders because they had no clue what to serve next. They bring one by one to the table and next items takes forever.
