Matcha isn't real matcha! It's Thai Green Tea and not Japanese Matcha. It is green but not authentic tea what it's supposed to be.

------ 2025 ------ Edit: 2nd time here for a long time we haven't been here and decided to try.

May I reveal how lazy these people are! They have premade the tea. I will file complaint because 65 SEK is not worth it. We have ordered 2 drinks: oolong and black milk tea with half sugar. Technically like Espresso house they should prepare the drinks fresh!!!! THEY DONT prepare it fresh!

Suprise! The oolong milk tea was with JASMINE TEA instead of oolong tea. Same for the black tea because "we asked for half sugar"!! They are supposed to brew you black tea if they didn't have less sugar drinks.

Kindly reply me because I will ask the food authorities to inspect the food you make! This is not a European quality standard.

Edit 2: i find it repugnant to give false accusation and judge a narative according to your employee's point of view. Obviously 650sek was not a misinformation but rather a typo and since being a tourist, it might have lost in conversation rate of the currency?

I believe you have misunderstood and I am a bit puzzled why you ask for respectful discussion when in fact your employee raised her voice and argued FIRST with the client saying that this is how they prepare and did not even apologise! I did pay to get a good customer service and a product which none of those were given thus my insatisfaction and frustration. A client won't be frustrated if an employees has addressed it rectified it with quality.

This is incredibly unbelievable that you advertise A and sell B (in this case, you wrote "black tea" when in fact you mixed it with JASMINE green tea hoping a customer would not notice it. It is a responsibility of the order taker to inform us what has changed in the menu and should ask whether it is ok. This is basics of hospitality! It is not up to us to ask whether "are you going to pour green tea instead of black because I asked for LESS sugar?"

When the employee rectified it, instead of apologising she reasoned it out saying this is not her recipe and that we should stick with it. She did NOT offer a solution, I had to ask for her to change it. She even put the previous tapioca toppings to the new one saying she ran out of it which I could see it was being offered to other customers. You think this is normal? There is a need review your establishment's quality standards. I have been to numerous bubble tea shops around the world and certainly this is by far, this is the worst one. So before you accused me on not being respectful ensure that customer issues handling had a proper procedure.

On the other hand, yes you brew a tea in the morning but ensure it is not mixed with sugar and it is still fresh even at 18:00.

Here you as a manager should also put some corrective actions in place, but instead, you have accussed me of belittling your staff when in fact, I just told her FACTS because she was not listening and was in denial and showed no remorse. That is frustrating for someone who gives you another chance yet your employees are not trained to give...

Edit 2025: The menu has expanded. Some of the fruit drinks (lemon aloe vera, lychee) are good if you aren't into very sweet drinks. The quality of the tapioca is consistent. I increase my raitng to 4 stars.

Edit 2022: The Thai tea is acceptable. If I had to ever go back, I would get it again.

Original: It is okay. The oolong tea does not taste like oolong, but instead it tastes of the lemon and syrup added to the tea, which was not necessarily bad. The default topping was jelly, which I found unusual since boba is what you would expect to get if you have had these types of drinks for years. I was disappointed, especially for the price (60 kr for a large). The straws are slightly too short to drink comfortably with the large size. The...

What a gem!!! Fantastic bubble tea and matcha rolls!!! It’s the real deal! I had brown sugar matcha bubble tea. Though it’s a bit sweet but not unexpected! Pretty good price for such a big cup and I add one more scoop of bubble to it. The cake is just like how I would have in Asia, full of flavor but not too sweet! It’s perfect!! The cake roll is slightly pricier but I would say it is worthy!! We are definitely coming back...

Great Place to have matcha ! Very friendly staff and Decent pricing. They have limited sitting space and people don’t move out quickly after finishing which is very usual for coffee shops, so you might have to wait or get a takeaway!
