The staff greet you with such warmth, it feels like theyâve known you for years, even if itâs your first visit. The walls are lined with family photos, Mount Etna proudly on display - a love letter to Sicily. The atmosphere is chaotic, yet completely harmonious, like a family dinner in full swing. When I asked for a glass of house wine, the Italian uncle looked back at the note heâd taken for our order and gently suggested a white instead of red, you just knew he cared.
