Café Järntorget — Restaurant in Stockholm

Not suitable for people with coeliac disease. They offer gluten-free but have no idea about gluten-free nutrition. I wanted a waffle with nutella and they had the original nutella and tey said that nutella is not gluten-free. They also read through the ingredients and always said it wasn't gluten-free. I then checked it myself and of course the nutella was gluten-free, just like everywhere else. I didn't eat the waffle after all and was too unsure whether they still produce products containing gluten on the waffle iron or whether the dough is not gluten-free in general. I had the feeling they were a little impatient when we were ordering, but there was so much to choose from, it was kind of overwhelming! But they were still nice when we started ordering and was patient enough to still ask what toppings and sprinkles we wanted.

(Context: I am Belgian) I had the Belgian waffle with Nutella, which was delicious! It tasted like I ordered it in Antwerp Central station! A real belgian waffle! I also had a brownie shake which was also very nice!

My friends' orders looked and tasted very nice as well, they had ice cream, the bubble waffle and coffee.

While eating ice cream at this store, my IPhone and cards were stolen from my jacket pocket. The ice cream was very good and voluptuous. The waitress was friendly. I am sharing this incident because it is a good store and I don't want it to become a breeding ground for crime.

By the way, the credit card and ID card were found in a nearby trash can. The iPhone was hidden in a drainpipe on a nearby street. It was a malicious prank, although I'm glad that everything came back intact. I pray that someone else doesn't suffer the same fate again.
