Espresso House — Restaurant in Stockholm

Run of the mill espresso shop. I didn't try any of the food so I can only speak to drinks. The espresso itself was very good. Perfect temp. Not burned. I also had an iced vanilla latte with boba. It was strong and well-made.

The service was definitely lacking. The cashier was impatient and dismissive. It wasn't just to me. I saw it happen several times as I waited for the drinks. I also saw her be very short with a customer who left upset at the treatment.

The atmosphere is normal for a coffee shop. Clean enough though the trash was overflowing. They do have wifi and places to plug in electronics. That's a plus for travelers or workers.

Overall I wouldn't say that I would never go back but there's so many options that I would definitely try...

Always loved espresso house but this unfortunate time the service that we got was very rude and rushed.

The male cashier was obviously very annoyed by the tourists not knowing how to order, even questioned where they were from. Rushing and pressuring shouts were not endeed welcoming.

The rushing would have been acceptable if it had been busy, but that wasn’t the case!

This shouldn’t be acceptable especially the location being next to one of the busiest streets and over half of the customers being tourists. Literally no need for discrimination towards people new...

This Espresso House specifically asked me if I have buy anything or I can't use their toilette. And my official and permanent answer is: No you will NEVER see a penny from me in your store's lifespan. Ps have met a bad person there and I have to think the place must be attracting the wrong kind of crowd to be so seriously jinxed plus the store people behave in similarly disgusting way.
