Pizza Hut Klarabergsgatan — Restaurant in Stockholm

The worst ..& lot’s of bad experiences . (1) I went there with my 1 year old. There were 2 ladies with same age kid & restaurant allow baby stroller to them near their table but not to us.

(2) our waiter was a Young black boy with very bad attitude & he behaved very rudely with us.

(3) waiter write our order on his palm of hand with pen...!!! Bad manner.

(4) my kid is one year old & he was making noise so my husband asked very politely that we want to seat in a corner so other clients do not get disturbed but he said where ever you seat his noise disturb everyone. & the way he said this was too rude.

(5) he bought pizza without make pieces & directly handover whole pizza with pizza cutter.

(6) Even didn’t provide plates whereas he provided plates to other clients. Letter he asked for wether we want dish..!!

(7) He gave us wet tissues to clean hand with pizza & that was too insulting. At least he should gave that letter, after finishing food.

(8) we placed order of one starter & one pizza but he bought pizza first. After waiting for long time when we asked about pizza he said he don’t know about starter & directly asked do you want bill...!!! What is this at least he should say sorry but rather than that he was asking for bill...!!!!

Food is ok. The male middle aged chubby fella waiter should find a new profession. Ordered from the kids menu but received adult dishes for a 6yrr old and a 10yr old. Needless to say they only ate half the bowl. Its hard to tell the portion size compared to a the kids dish. Both look similar its hard(until your child says they r full) with half the dish remaining. Obviously I was not paying the adult dish price for the kids dishes, but for my dish I would pay anyway. When I informed him I will only pay for one adult and 2 kids dishes he refused to listen rather telling me that I should of known and told him they were large dishes when he gave them to us. Very bad he says loudly and repeatedly in front of the customers to me and says, no way you will pay 3 adult dishes because you should of said something before you started eating. With that said I replied no I will not pay for 3 adult dishes, its your mistake and since when does a 6yr old order a adult dish…...He agressively replied something in Swedish directed at me(swore) and said go on then just pay what you want. The man should learn some customer skills.. Just accept that you stuffed up! No need to make a scene in front of your customers and...

We went on three separate days. First time was a slight disaster as we didn’t check the times not assuming that they closed at 10pm. But we were able to get Food to take back to the hotel, so the day was semi rescued. Obviously ALL the shops were closed so we couldn’t get cold drinks. We then had two more dinners later on. We came much earlier. The service seemed good. The food was yummy. Spend the extra 10KR for drinks. Definitely worth it, especially on a hot day.

Make sure you have data on your phone as you will need to use your phone to make any sort of orders and pay at Pizza Hut across Sweden. There must be a way to pay an order in store as well, but we weren’t given that option.

On a side note- just to warn you that Stockholm seems to shut down between 9&10 pm. We had been to the mall till 9pm and had thought about enjoying a nice late night dinner at Puzza Hut. Walked from hotel and JUST made it for 9.40 when they take last TAKE AWAY ORDERS 😳. Ok. Apparently everything closes no later than 10- including...
