Thailändska Tigern t central — Restaurant in Stockholm

The food was delicious. Even though the place was quite crowded, the waiting time wasn’t too long. The music was fun, and both the waitstaff and the owner were very friendly and kind. The staff served everything we asked for without any complaints or delays I was really impressed with both the service and the food.

Cons!!!! The young male staff member working at the bar gave terrible service. He spoke rudely, ignored customers, and I had to call him several times before he even looked at me. When I ordered a cocktail, his attitude clearly showed he was unhappy like he didn’t want to work. His facial expression and tone made it obvious that he was annoyed to be dealing with customers.

Once the drink was ready, he just placed it on the counter without saying a word no eye contact, no smile, not even a simple “thank you.” It felt like he just wanted to get rid of me as fast as possible. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable for front-line service.

I really hope the management takes this seriously and retrains their staff. This behavior damages the shop’s reputation a lot. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone until they improve their...

UPDATE We have been to Thailanska Tigern many times, both before and after they moved to the preset location.

Basically a nice Thai restaurant with good food and also a night club open until 3 AM every day. Before, at the previous location, you could have food served until around 1:30 AM. Not so any longer. The menu is also testricted.

It is still very friendly, has great service and a fun place to go to on Saturday nights.

However, the place is less well planned compared to the previous location. When you enter, you need to pass the dance floor area to get in. That is a bit annoying for the ones passing and the persons dancing.

If there is a "little Bangkok" of Stockholm, this would be the place. Food is good, and there are plenty of Thai beer to be found. Later in the evening karaoke starts, only in Thai language. Night time this place is like a disco with plenty of Thai flavor to it!

Edit : they lost the license to serve alcohol. Now the party nights are history.

Edit: Alcohol is back on the menu and so are the party nights :) Do not eat the chicken meat here as it tastes awful. Some cheap processed meat with a disgusting taste! Lowering to 3 stars for this reason. (Thai place that does not serve tasty...
