Paladar de Cuba & Havana Rum Bar — Restaurant in Stockholm

RUDE staff. I went there few months ago and when I went to the toilet, as a traveler I didn’t know Swedish language and I accidentally opened the door that says “endast personal” and one of the waiter said to me “EXCUSE ME CaNT yOu ReAd?!?!” In a very angry voice.

Bro, I was working in a customer service before, this IS NOT the way you should talk to the customers no matter if you think they’re wrong or whatever. What was that attitude anyway?

I said sorry I didn’t know the language, i asked politely where the real toilet was then he just annoyingly pointing in other direction.

if you care, just train your staff better. Now your bar is temporally closed, I hope it’s not because of this guy....

I must say , it was a fantastic experience. The food was incredibly flavorful and authentic, capturing the true essence of Cuban cuisine. The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a delightful meal.

What truly stood out was the service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time.

From start to finish, the entire experience was top-notch.

I must say that I am glad that we took a beer and then decided to eat at this place. The food was superb and had a lot of new flavors for me. It really made me smile when I was eating and that is a long time ago I was really satisfied after a dinner. The staff also gave us a very treatment and made us feel welcome and spoiled. There supply of different Roms was fun and when I ordered the owner came and introduced me for the rom and explained the rom for me. I can only this place 5 stars and I recommend it...
