Restaurang Pava — Restaurant in Stockholm

I visited PAVA to celebrate my friend's birthday yesterday, and it was an amazing experience! I ordered the Main Dry Aged NY Strip, a Small plates Cheese & Charcuterie, and a Burrata and some drinks. The dry-aged NY strip was cooked to perfection - it was juicy, well-cooked, and not salty at all. The Burrata and tomato were incredibly fresh, and the combination was absolutely delightful.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was also impressive. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed throughout the meal. While the portion sizes were not very generous, the quality of the food and the overall experience made up for it.

Overall, I would highly recommend PAVA for a special night out. The food is exceptional, the service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Whether you're celebrating a birthday or just looking for a nice dinner, PAVA is definitely worth considering.

The best and finest vegetables in town? Pava is having their soft opening with great lunches in the heart of Sthlm. They have both a animal based and a vegetarian based set (that can turn vegan 💚💚💚)

I tried todays bbq plate, and it wasn’t a disappointment. A latin inspired dish with a great tomato salad. And some sooted carrots and freshly grilled watermelon, pineapple, corn on the cob and beef tomato. To top it all off it also had two perfect balanced mushroom gyoza with a great sauce. The flavors mostly came from the fresh veggies and a minimalistic approach to the seasoning.

My wife and I were looking for a nice place to eat dinner. We decided to pop our heads in here, and we didn't regret it.

The waiter was amazing and really knew what she was doing. I went for the steak while my wife opted for the fish. I have traveled nd eaten out more often than I can count, and believe me when I say that this was my top three meals, ever.

The amount of food, and the quality was perfect. Due to the size of the steak I went for a dessert drink. The bartender made a really nice caramel espressotini. We sat there for almost three hours and enjoyed our meal.
