The knafe/kunafe was heated in a microwave to be served to me and it of course got so chewy within minutes. You couldn't eat certain parts of it.
The baklava was dry and I could tell as soon it was picked up.
As everyone else everything is out in the open getting pollution, people breathing on everything and probably flies very soon.
Then I saw directly who the "rude woman" was who didn't smile. I think she forgets who pays for her salary are her customers. She looked like she was forced to be there and very, very unhappy. I would advise you to move out of customer service facing jobs.
