Cute little ramen place in the centre. The reservation via thefork was super easy and uncomplicated. The interior The service was very attentive, I'm impressed how quickly the food and drinks were served! The menu is small and includes paitan and shoyu ramen. The ramen is not overloaded and came with fresh vegetables, so you can taste all the components. The egg is not marinated which was preferred by people who don't like marinated eggs. The egg is cooked to perfection, as the hand-made noodles! I had the paitan ramen with pork which was very tasty. The one with crevette looked also really amazing which I'd take the next time! I personally missed some sauces on the table, like chili oil, garlic etc to customise the ramen - maybe it's intended for ramen purists? Also kinda miss more vegetarian options. The wife and I needed something filling to tide us over before places closed in the middle of the day. She’d been raving about wanting ramen 🍜 and this place seemed like the best option. We were not wrong. The restaurant was relatively small and busy but we were able to sit immediately. We each ordered a sake and split the pork ramen. The aroma alone was enough to make my mouth water. Thick noodles and slices of pork, along with an egg halved, culminated nicely in the savory broth. The woman who served us was very kind!
