Disappointing Experience at Interlaken Pizza

I recently visited Interlaken Pizza with high expectations, but unfortunately, the service was a major letdown. Our server seemed rude and disrespectful when we were trying to order our food. As we come from Britain, we don't understand the languages spoken in Switzerland, so we were trying to understand the menu by asking him questions.

When we politely asked our questions about the food we were planning on ordering to him, he snatched the menus out of our hands and said, "I don't have time for your questions." and left. We were shocked and stunned at how rude he was behaving.

Unless they improve their service, I wouldn't recommend Interlaken Pizza to anyone at all, ever. It's a shame, because they could have been a great restaurant, but the poor service left a bad taste in our mouths.

The food is exceptionally delicious, full of authentic flavors, and cooked to perfection. Every bite feels like a burst of freshness and taste that you’ll remember long after your meal.

I visited with my family, and we all had an amazing experience — from the warm hospitality to the cozy ambiance. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, always serving with a smile. The service was quick, the restaurant was spotless, and the overall atmosphere made us feel completely at home.

It’s not just a restaurant — it’s a complete dining experience that combines great taste, comfort, and love. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Interlaken! You simply can’t leave the city without trying this place....

PLEASE DON’T COME TO THIS PLACE! When I entered with my family, immediately a server told us we had to order outside? Now, this made no sense as there was no line and we ended up waiting for 30 minutes just to order. The food was very mediocre and there was mustache hair in the food. Then, I proceeded to complain to the chef but the chef said “I have been working here for 27 years”. I told him if you have been working for 27 years, then you should know how to make food with no hair. We left immediately and the next day my daughter got diarrhea for the whole day. The atmosphere was overall horrible and the bathroom smelled. It looked like no one has cleaned it in months. I filed a report on restaurant. Please don’t come...
