최악이네요 별 하나도 아까워요🤮🤮 여행 마지막에 기념품 사려고 들렀는데, 이 가게 덕에 스위스에 대한 이미지가 안 좋아지려 하네요. 인터라켄에 여행객분들 많으시던데 여기는 피하시길 바랍니다.... 다른 기념품샵 많으니 거기 가세요. 기념품으로 연필 4자루, 모자 1개 사려고 계산 했는데 결제된 게 너무 비싸서 다시보니 연필 3자루, 모자 2개 계산되어 있었습니다. 일부러 개수는 맞춘 건가요 ㅋㅋㅋ? 다시 가서 카운터에 물어보니 계산했던 직원이 자기 실수라고 하면서 (이게 어떻게 실수일 수 있는지.?) 자꾸 기다리라고 wait a moment 하더니 다른 사장? 불러오고 본인은 빠지고 ㅋ 암튼 사과도 제대로 못 받고 실수라고 말할 때 실실 웃으면서 자꾸 뭐가 문제냐고 what is problem🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ 이러면서 실실 웃으니까 기분이 너무너무 안 좋았네요;; 그렇게 저희만 이상한 사람 만들더니 현금으로 잘못 계산된 거 받으려면 30분 뒤에 다시오라고 해서 걍 다 취소하고 나왔습니다. 나올 때도 한 번 쳐다보니 뭐가 문제임? 이러길래 원래 리뷰도 안 쓰는데 빡쳐서 씁니다 조심하세요..... 이러는 거 한두번 아닐 거 같은데 괜히 잘못 걸리면 기분만 엄청 상하고 짜증납니다

This is the worst. I don't even want to give it a star🤮🤮 I stopped by to buy souvenirs at the end of my trip, but this store is making my image of Switzerland worse. There must be a lot of tourists in Interlaken, so I recommend avoiding this place.... There are many other souvenir shops, so go there. I was trying to buy 4 pencils and 1 hat as souvenirs, but when I checked again, it was too expensive, so I only paid for 3 pencils and 2 hats. Did they do the exact numbers on purpose? Lol? When I went back and asked the counter, the employee who paid the bill said it was her mistake (how could that be a mistake.?) and kept telling me to wait a moment, then she called another manager? and left me lol Anyway, I didn't even get a proper apology and when I told her it was a mistake, she kept laughing and asking what the problem was🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ and laughing, so I felt so, so bad;; They made us the only weird ones and told us to come back in 30 minutes to get the wrong amount in cash, so I just cancelled everything and left. When I was leaving, I looked at them once and they said, "What's the problem?" I don't usually write reviews, but I'm so pissed that I'm writing one. Be careful... This probably won't be the first or second time they've done this, but if you get caught for no reason, you'll feel really bad...

We absolutely loved browsing the souvenir shops in Interlaken. There’s such a good variety — from traditional Swiss cow bells, magnets, and handmade chocolate to beautifully crafted wooden items and Swiss army knives. Prices were fair, staff were friendly and patient, and most of them speak really good English, which made asking questions super easy. We ended up buying some gifts and small keepsakes to bring home. Such a fun shopping experience — definitely worth taking some time to explore the little stores...

Highly disappointed with the experience here, We were strolling through interlaken and found out this store and shopped for certain things and the English or Swiss receptionist was so rude its was humiliating how she treated me even when we were as nice as one could be at the store, we waited for our turn in the queue and she just went away from the counter and asked us to talk to other receptionist even when she was available Its insulting and I...
