The menu was diverse and exciting, with a range of traditional Indian dishes and innovative fusion creations. Each dish was expertly prepared, presented, and bursting with flavor. The standout dishes for me were the tender and aromatic butter chicken, and the mixed tandoori platter

We stumbled upon this newly opened Indian restaurant managed by a super friendly and very hardworking family in the heart of Interlaken West right next to Hotel Essentials by Dorint and Migros store. My favorite part of this place is their outstanding hospitality, sumptuous yummy food, and fabulous ambience of food presentation. While this center of everything restaurant offers both veg and non-veg options, we being vegetarian went for prime dishes - Paneer, Tadka daal, Naan, Rice, Paratha and Ginger tea to end the perfect meal. We made a special request for our meal to be spiced up and cook in a certain way. They indeed customized it just the way we like it. Away from home - nothing feels better when we are served a home cooked meal. We ordered a breakfast for next day with the same restaurant since we loved their yummy food and it was packaged perfectly for our long hike. We started with samosas and tea, followed by tandoori chicken and chicken biryani. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and authentic. Our kids especially loved the crispy samosas and the tender, smoky tandoori chicken, while the biryani stole the show for us with its perfectly spiced aroma and taste.
