Purchased a Swiss knife here and the knife isn’t the problem, it’s the staff. I was told there was free engraving, as advertised. The shop owner / lady then refused to engrave until all other customers had left the store … in a tourist area with continued traffic. More importantly, she wasn’t trying to be helpful at all. Instead, it was immediate resistance after paying for the item and purchasing. I had asked how long it would take - I was told minutes. But she apparently didn’t have minutes to spare when she was hovering around while other customers were in the store. Standing beside a counter waiting for the next tourist to buy something rather than fulfilling part of my purchase order. I had to rush to my train so had to leave, but I wouldn’t recommend this store....

I bought a watch here and it didn’t work, now I have to spend an additional $100 to send it back to the manufacturer to see if it’s repairable. Highly disappointed. Check your items...
