One of the best Indian curries (I had Kadhai chicken) made Punjabi style I have tasted in a long time. Was shocked that I would get it in Interlaken. The chef Irfan was too good - respected my desire to have spicy desi style. He even came out to ask me. I also took a walk down the street and there were already 5-7 Indian/Pakistani restaurants and not a single person on any one of them while India Tandoori was bustling and had a wait. This says it all. Irfan and Younis bhai - you rock. Hope to come again. Keep cooking such food for us and making us feel at home. MUST visit. Now I see why these guys are 4.9 stars.

We visited this restaurant during our visit to Interlaken. Authentic Indian taste from dishes were missing, we had ordered Aloo gobhi, Paneer sabji & roti. I don’t know why so many Non Indian restaurant owner promotes their venture as an Indian restaurant, may be to draw an attention of more Indian tourists? You get less vegetarian options here, but we were happy to see that they serve Jain menu too. Staff was very much attentive & sweet, we had an issue with one dish & it was instantly changed. Service was top notch. Food prices were reasonable according to Swiss.

Food was great. Got the prawn masala. Was perfect. Prawns were massive and fresh and masala gravy was flavourful. The owner was super sweet, very kind and welcoming. We wanted to pack up our leftovers (portions were huge but hey we paid 30chf for each portion) and he brought out foil boxes and helped us pack up and even gave us plenty of napkins and some spoons. Top tier service so we gave him what i hope was a decent tip and promised him a good review on google lol. Thanks boss!

We visited this restaurant and had wonderful Indian / Pakistani food. The taste of Biryani brought memories of home. I was impressed with quality of service, quality and taste of food. For the record we had Tandoori Nan, Mango lassi (made from scratch), Palak Paneer, Dal, Papad, rice and pakoras. Every single one of the dishes was freshly prepared. The cutlery and dishes were clean. If I have to visit this restaurant again I would enthusiastically do so.

This place is absolutely amazing. We went back multiple times during our visit to Interlaken because of how good it was. Best cheese Naan I've had in my life, and the chicken tikka masala and butter chicken were very good, as well. Compared to other Indian restaurants in the area, this place was always full when we went for dinner, and it's always a good sign when every table is taken. The friendliest servers, too! Would highly highly recommend.

Great customer service - and excellent home made food. Highly recommend the butter chicken and chicken biryani. Super welcoming staff and great music! Food is also halal!
