Bad service, pricey, eatable taste.

The following sentences were added to clarify what is the fact that happened.

Per restaurant's reply, there are several points to clarify as follows:

Due to the size of each dish is large (european size) and there is no rules presented in front of the restaurant that each person must order at least 1 dish. So we didnt see that we break any rules. Moreover, during our Europe trip, we did orders like this many times, and I havent seen any other restaurants have issue like this. If it is a must to order 1 dish per person (as your waiter had tried to force us to do so, the restaurant should present that rule to be obviously seen.

There were 5 persons who sat and ate at your restaurant, not 6 persons as you claimed. My brother just came in and sat for a while and went outside. And we order 3 mains and 1 soup, not 3 mains as you claimed.

We know what is proper or improper. My brother just took sandwich with him and sit for a while only. He hadn't opened that sandwich in the restaurant or perform any act that is similar to that. I am curious that is it wrong for just taking our own food into the restaurant, but not eat?

Last but not least, dont try to make yourself looks good by...

Before we came here for dinner, we were worried about that maybe we couldn’t get a table as we didn’t book a table in advance. But when we got there, we were happy to see there were still a lot of seats on the ground floor. However, it was very strange the waitress asked us to go to the first floor directly. It was dark and our table was even broken. And there were three tables of guests with asian faces at that time. During the whole dinner, there was only one waitress serving all the guests. When we finished the dinner and went to the ground floor to pay for the bill, I was very angry to found that they arranged all the asian guests to sit upstairs and the other guests can sit on the ground floor with more waiters and better environment. It was racial discrimination! !It should not happen in Swiss or even an asian restaurant with asian workers!! Btw, the dish and the service were very disappointed. I would not recommend you to go. It was pity that I had such a bad...

One of the most horrible experience dining out. Greeted by a young racist waiting staff when we were travelling with elderly parents and little kids on a hot day. My elderly mum kept a bottle of water she was carrying for the kids on the table as we sat down and their staff spoke to her rudely, admonishing her for bringing her "own drink" to a restaurant.

Never seen such an attitude when traveling with my family and it came as a massive shock. The way he spoke to my mum was a far cry from the way the waiter was with other tables next to us. There were further incidents but I kept my cool as I didn't want to create a scene and ruin holidays.

The worst bit is that when the manager came with the bill and asking for feedback, I shared the experience and he simply brushed it off without even a hint of apology.

If you aren't a white travelling group...

A typical tourist trap and very expensive. The Dim Sum was okay but nothing special ( very doughy and one piece was broken) For a portion of pak choi (the mushrooms were missing) we paid CHF 24.00. For the 8 little king prawns we paid CHF 48.00. The prawns were very small, overcooked and badly seasoned. The beef wasn't crispy at all. Luckily I ordered a great bottle of wine for my wife and me Overall a very disappointing experience. The service was friendly but that didn't help at the end.

if you are Chinese/Taiwanese or Chinese of any nation, please boycott this restaurant. the Indian manger who is running this place has very serious discrimination onto Chinese speaking customers. this place really ruined our good impression of Luzern. I wonder the owner will read this comment, if he/she does, please change the manager and find someone else has better attitude.

The food was absolutely delicious! Ever since trying the duck here, no other crispy duck from any other restaurant tastes the same — nothing compares. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, often checking in to see if we were enjoying the food or if we wanted to try anything else. The atmosphere was also really nice. I genuinely enjoyed everything about this place!
