Daily Pizza Luzern — Restaurant in Lucerne

This was literally our only disappointing experience of our recent trip in beautiful and breathtaking Switzerland. Stopped here for takeout after a long day looking forward to taking some pizza back to our hotel. One of the guys working there was very rude to my wife so stars were deducted immediately. The ‘Margarita’ pizza we ordered was like a flat piece of burnt cardboard with over-cooked cheese. Fresh tomatoes and basil….in your dreams! Being relatively close to Italy I would think these guys would know the basics. I could find better pizza at any corner gas station in Salt Lake City. These guys should get a royalty from Little Ceaser’s for making their pizza look like the food of the Gods. I’ve never so badly wished for a 5 Buck special sitting for hours in a pizza warmer. Beautiful country and amazing city….so many wonderful restaurants. No need to waste your time going...

Unfortunately get very worst since last year. I used to come over regularly but last three time are been one worst the before.

The time previously I felt bad all the night. Tonight I have same feeling.

I do understand the owner get rid of the franchisee but man, you can't do everything alone. Indeed the pizza is terrible as a Chung gum.

Worst the owner make it and with same hand get the payment and then serve it.

Man, start to hire people, separate roles and do some marketing also to find those people and please not students but professionals. Also if you write some checklist would be better( what people actually should do in their job / task). Think about what in position they should do and so on.

These guys saved me the other night by fulfilling a phone order as they were closing up.

It is hard to find a gluten-free, vegan pizza late at night, and because of these guys, I got to eat dinner.

I got the veganita ordered over the phone, and because it was close to closing time, I just asked for their vegan pizza.

Kind of different? lol, broccoli, artichokes, corn, and black olives?

A standard veggie (onions, peppers, and mushrooms) would have been easier if I knew lol.

I’ll probably try the other vegan pizza they have, or just create my own, but it was hot fresh and good when I definitely needed something quick and filling.

They have plant based chicken and ground beef, and all the standard pizza veggies and vegan cheese!
