An Unpleasant Experience at Rossini Pizzeria - A Tale of Disappointing Service
I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to dine at Rossini Pizzeria, and I must say that the overall experience left me utterly disappointed. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the service was far from what one would expect at a dining establishment.
To begin with, the hostess seemed disinterested and lacked any semblance of warmth. It took an uncomfortably long time for her to acknowledge my presence, even though the restaurant was not particularly crowded. As I waited, I couldn't help but notice the lack of attention to detail in the restaurant's decor – chipped paint, stained upholstery, and an overall sense of neglect.
Once seated, I eagerly perused the menu, hoping that the culinary offerings would make up for the initial disappointment. Alas, my hopes were dashed as the server took an eternity to approach my table. She seemed more engrossed in a conversation with her colleagues than attending to the needs of the customers. When she finally made her way over, her demeanor was apathetic, and her knowledge of the menu was severely lacking. I found myself having to ask for basic explanations of dishes that should have been described without prompting.
When I placed my order, I requested a simple modification due to dietary restrictions. The server assured me that it would be accommodated, but when my food arrived, it was clear that my request had been ignored. The pizza I received was not only topped with the very ingredient I had asked to be omitted, but it was also overcooked to the point of being burnt. It was as if the kitchen had paid no attention to the order whatsoever.
To make matters worse, the wait time for my food was excruciatingly long, and it appeared that several other tables were experiencing similar delays. Conversations around me were filled with frustrated sighs and complaints about the sluggish service. The restaurant's inability to manage the flow of orders and ensure timely delivery was glaringly evident.
As I attempted to catch the server's attention to address the issue, I couldn't help but notice the lack of managerial presence on the floor. It seemed that no one was taking charge or attempting to rectify the increasingly deteriorating situation. The lack of communication among staff members was palpable, resulting in a chaotic and uncoordinated service experience.
In the end, I left Rossini Pizzeria feeling not only unsatisfied with my meal but also bewildered by the utter lack of professionalism and care exhibited by the staff. The service, or lack thereof, overshadowed any potential merits the restaurant's food might have had. It's disheartening to witness such a lackluster commitment to customer experience, especially in an industry that thrives on creating memorable moments for patrons.

The Margherita served here is a parody of pizza: a rubbery crust devoid of any flavor. It costs 20 francs for such a sham is simply inconceivable. The portions are meager, and the quality is completely absent. The service, for its part, leaves much to be desired. ‼️Charging 4 francs for half a liter of tap water and 8 francs for the same amount in a bottle is bordering on ridiculous‼️
The pinnacle of culinary indecency is reached with the steak tartare, offered at 32 francs, without fries and accompanied by two poor mini slices of sandwich bread💀
And what about the ham pizza? 🤢 Really expensive (more than 25 francs), it features two tiny square slices of ham, 5 cm by 5 cm⚡️
Such a dining experience is simply unacceptable. You must avoid this...

Service: Arrogant, slow and just simply not bothered. Sat us down and didnt give us the menu even after quite awhile, i eventually just went to take it myself. Fine no issue. When we wanted to order, the waiter said he didn't understand English and would call his colleague, again no issue but he didn't and we had to ask again. Ask for a spare plate for my kid to eat his pizza, agreed but again never came. The same waiter we asked for our bill, 15mins later it never came and he forgot. Service 0/5.
Food: Had 2 kinds of pasta and a pizza. I'm not an Italian but that was the worst pasta my wife n myself have sver eaten. It was totally tasteless. Pizza was decent but not fantastic. Pre-meal bread served was cold to the touch. Food 0/5
